The selection of flow calibration column is determined based on the pump's flow rate and calibration time requirements. For example, if the flow rate of the pump is 60L/h and the customer needs to calibrate the flow rate for 0.5-1min, the calculated flow rate per minute should be 60L: 60=1L. Therefore, a calibration column with a volume of 1L can be used.

When using, first inject the medium into the calibration column, and the liquid level of the medium should be consistent with the scale of the calibration column. Then close the other inlet valves, open the valve between the calibration column and the pump, so that the pump only extracts the medium from the calibration column. Then start the pump timer, carefully check the volume of liquid reduced in the calibration column within the specified time, and compare it with the theoretical volume to determine whether the pump is measuring during operation based on the ratio. Adjust the pump according to the situation.
