In chemical process applications, WELD-ON 724 can be used on CPVC or PVC industrial piping that requires chemical corrosion resistance. These chemical corrosions include hypochlorite solutions, inorganic acids, corrosive aqueous solutions, and other salt aqueous solutions. It is approved for use in CorzanTM industrial piping systems. Note: WELD-ON solvent cement should not be used on CPVC systems containing compressed air or gas, or systems tested with compressed air or gas, including gas-liquid mixers.
