Product Overview
The SK-type pipeline mixer, also known as a static mixer, is an ideal device for achieving instantaneous mixing of water with various chemicals. It performs exceptionally well in applications such as adding coagulants, flocculants, ozone, chlorine, acid-base neutralization, and gas-water mixing systems. The product features rapid and efficient mixing, a simple structure, energy savings, and a compact design. Without the need for external force, water flows through 6-8 mixing units, where it is cross-diverted, while vortices rotate in opposite directions and continuously cross-flow, instantly achieving excellent mixing results with an efficiency of 90-95%.

Design Reference
The dosing points for various chemicals should be located at the front end of the pipeline mixer, more than 25 cm away, and used in conjunction with a jet mixer for optimal results. The pipeline for chemical dosing can be designed according to water supply and drainage standards, with an internal flow velocity exceeding 0.9 m/s and an internal pressure below 1.6 MPa.

The pipeline mixer is designed for specific pipe diameters and flow rates. Once the flow rate decreases, the head loss drops significantly, thereby noticeably affecting the mixing efficiency
